Welcome Course Providers

Are you a course provider who would like to become recognized by The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) to deliver pre-licensing education?

RECA recognizes third-party course providers across all our regulated industries, including real estate, mortgage, property management, and condominium management.

Providers can offer pre-licensing education in one or more of the four real estate sectors, mortgage, or condominium management using the delivery formats set by RECA's Industry Councils.
